The New Arrivals

These little keepsake boxes and card were made by using Mo Manning digi stamps. I printed them out and coloured them with my Promarkers and Graph'its.  I had the two boxes in my crafty stash and covered them with some papers from a Do Crafts paper pack.  I added bows and embellishment to finish the card and the boxes. These are made for my friend's grand babies. I hope she likes them.

Sassy Ladies

This is a card I made using a Sassy Design image for a colleague at work. The image is coloured with Promarkers and Graph'its, cut out and mounted on a Spellbinder's die cut frame added a couple of feathers and button. Voila! C'est Chic!

Autumn Colours - Digi Chooseday Challnge

This week's Chooseday Challenge is : Autumn colour.  I chose this image from Featherbird Digi Bundle available from  www.polkadoodles.co.uk and printed it out on cream cardstock.  I then used pan pastels to soften the edges, matted it on to a Spellbinders frame and then used pan pastel around the edges too. I matted and layered it onto brown, rust and cream cardstock and then onto a brown card. I added two die cut feathers from Tattered lace and a sentiment. That is it folks! Hope you like it x

Digi Chooseday - Fashion Divas

For this week's challenge it is Fashion Divas.  So I thought Fashion Divas love shopping! So I decided to make a gift bag using a plain white paper bag. I chose on of Emma Canning's digi images called Christmas Shopping  which I coloured with Promarkers and Graph'it markers and used a backing paper from Owl always love you digi bundle and a heart from Lulu Ladybug digi bundle (available from www.polkadoodles.co.uk) I matted the backing paper on red and black cardstock, tied a ribbon around it, and printed out the word Shopping and coloured that in too.  So here is my "Love Shopping" gift bag.

Polkadoodles Challenge - Anything but a card

This weeks challenge - has been great fun as I have been making all kinds of gifts for a Craft Fair that we are having on base.  I was fortunate to find some wooden trays in a cheap store which I thought I could alter.  So, I painted the tray white then used papers, embellishments and digi images from the Home for Christmas CD Rom  to decorate the tray.  It is an ideal size for a Cookie Tray to leave out for Santa on Christmas Eve....

Creative Moments Challenge - Rainbow Bright

Hi once again,  when I was choosing my October images for Creative Moments, I was excited when I saw this image from Sassy Studio.  I just had to have this one as my daughter Amy (who is nearly 30) loved Rainbow Bright when she was little and had a Rainbow Bright Themed Bedroom! and I knitted her a jumper with her on it and when she had grown out of it, she was crushed when she saw I was trying to sell it at a Car Boot!  So this is for you Amy, I made this for you!  I coloured her with my Promarkers, cut her out and then thought it would be nice to make a rainbow out of all my rainbow coloured cardstock.  So here she is!
